Finallly! Some BBQ.........

One thing about the east coast is that BBQ is not their strong suit. Wonderful seafood, but the BBQ is average at best. Thankfully, I got to head down to Arthur Bryant's Barbeque and finally have some of the good stuff. Absolutely wonderful stuff. I took some pictures for the benefit of my east coast friends......

A beef sandwich. Note that this is singular. This is ONE sandwich. It'll only run you about $7.



I got a full slab of ribs. Wonderful smoked ribs cooked in a large brick oven about 10 feet squared.



And the aftermath. Nothing but bones on the tray and plates in the background. Pitcher of beer nearly empty. Tasty!
