Chocolate mishap........

Kali did well again on the bottle last night. Took several ounces of formula at bedtime and then took more around 2:30 AM or so. Good to see her taking to the bottle. She's a bit restless as far as waking up a bit more often, but I think it's just the transition and the lack of comfort right now since the change. It's frustrating, but it should help a lot after a week or two of getting her into the flow of eating from a bottle.

With the breast feeding now behind Mrs. Lime, we headed out to get some chocolate for Mrs. Lime. Chocolate's not a good idea for breast feeding moms, as it gives the baby some pretty bad issues in regards to gas and digestion. So Mrs. Lime has stayed off the chocolate for awhile now.

We went to Maggie Moo's Ice Cream. Mrs. Lime ordered a brownie Sunday with chocolate mint ice cream. Overkill at its best. We got into the car and started to head home. After a few minutes.......

Mrs. Lime: That wench forgot to put brownies in my sundae!!!!

Me: You want me to head back to get you a brownie????

Mrs. Lime: No, the chocolate ice cream is still good. But I can't believe that WENCH forgot my brownie!


Who knew that a derogatory term from the medieval period could apply to a high school girl forgetting to put a brownie in a sundae???????
